Rotate and Reorder PDF Pages

Need to fix a sideways scan, rearrange pages, or remove unwanted or blank pages? This tool makes it easy to organise your PDF by displaying every page as a thumbnail. Rotate pages to the correct orientation, drag them into the right order, or delete pages you no longer need, all without installing additional software.

Simply load your PDF, make the changes you need, and save the updated document. Everything is processed directly on your device, with no files uploaded to a server, keeping your documents private and under your control.

Good to know

Nothing is uploaded

Your PDF is read and rebuilt entirely in your browser — it's never sent to a server.

Most encrypted PDFs still work

A PDF that's encrypted but doesn't ask for a password to open (for example, one with only an owner/edit-restriction password) can still be edited and saved — its pages come out as flattened images rather than the original page objects, so their text won't be selectable afterward. A PDF that actually needs a password to open can't be read in the browser.

Rotation is per page

Rotating one thumbnail doesn't affect any other page — each page keeps its own rotation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a change before saving?

There's no dedicated undo, but nothing is written to the file until you click 'Save PDF'. If something goes wrong, click 'Start over' and load the file again.

What happens to deleted pages?

They're left out of the saved file entirely. If you delete a page by mistake, use 'Start over' and reload the original PDF before saving.

Does rotating or reordering reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as-is into the saved file — only their order and rotation change, with no re-rendering or recompression.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens in your browser using JavaScript PDF libraries — your file is never sent to a server.
